About tulpamancy and nightmares.

Hello there, not too long ago a few days at least. I had a nightmarish dream of such, something just a teeny bit traumatizing, I'm not sure if this is a side effect of tulpamancy, of course i wont go into the details for the sake of this forum.

 

Me and applejack have been doing good, i think i should do the visual stuff next.

dreams are just dreams, regardless of what's happening in your life or in them, they won't ever be more or less significant in meaning

 

they are usually influenced to some extent by what's going on in your life, but like, even if you were having a nice family christmas and you had a dream influenced by that where you and some other people were together opening boxes or something, that still doesn't mean the dream will go positively, your brain is still gonna throw in tons of random stuff because it feels like it

 

so, dreams can be influenced by what goes on in your waking life, but there's no inherent meaning to anything that happens in them

best current theory is that dreams are mixes of random "plausible" scenarios and details the brain puts together for you to experience so that you'll be slightly more ready for if similar things happen in your waking life, ie what if your house really DID get a bad bug infestation, ofc you'll still freak out seeing random bugs but maybe if you've had a couple bad bug dreams (like us lol) you'll be 1% more prepared on how to immediately deal with it

 

alternatively you just dream something terrible because your brain went off on a tangent and accidentally did that, but that still doesn't have meaning

 

dreaming is really just your subconscious wonderlanding lol
