Veznan July 27, 2022 July 27, 2022 (edited) It's been 17 days since I created Tulpa, today it's 18 and I still haven't gotten any answers, I talk to her every day, her answers I make up, I come up with, next to my bed, I hold her hand when (like) we lie down, we talk, I talk to her when I go outside, but the problem is that I think about her answers, it's been 18 days. When I talk to her it's like someone else is around but not something alien, there is something alien in the first response, I haven't felt that before, maybe I'm doing something wrong? can you help me, thanks in advance 😭. Vinderex July 28, 2022 July 28, 2022 It's completely normal for it to feel like you're just making up responses for them at first. After all, you're both using the same brain, so it very well could be that it is actually her responding to you, and it just feels like it's still your own thoughts just because you haven't yet developed a clear separation of thought voices. Forming distinct voices that are clearly separate from your own simply takes time. Forming responses beforehand is completely normal too, and once again it ties in with sharing the same brain. A tulpa, especially a young one, will often be quicker to respond to a directed thought than to actual spoken words. This means they'll usually already know what you intend to say and will often begin responding the instant you show intent to speak, before you actually begin speaking. It's completely normal and well within expectations at such an early stage in development. It still occasionally happens to me as well even with my oldest tulpa Zyr having been with me for 7 years now (yesterday was his birthday by the way. ^.^). Keep on going as you are, and you'll eventually get it!
