Hello

I have been in and out of this community for quite a while and im searching a specific guide that was on a different forum than this one but it was linked on the guides section. It was about meditation and mind eyes, and it had some super resourceful links and files with alpha, beta, theta waves and white noise. Has it been lost to time or does someone has the link around somewhere?

Sounds like Fede's guide probably, since he had "tones", but it seems he deleted his guide on the site he was hosting it on by editing it to say "."

There aren't any kinds of tones that can help you specifically with tulpamancy anyways, though. If any isochronic tones or binaural beats help with tulpamancy, they're just general meditation ones that work for everything else too, which means you can find equivalent ones on Youtube. I don't know that isochronic tones/binaural beats actually do anything at all, but if they do, it's just help you focus.

From the sounds of it, the rest of Fede's guide had a focus on purposely parroting/puppeting your tulpa. That's the action of imagining them doing things yourself on purpose, and while it can be used to get your brain used to them acting by thinking "This is how my tulpa will talk/act!" while you do it, it's often avoided because people often struggle to let go of the idea that they're not just controlling their tulpa's actions once their tulpa is acting on their own.

If you don't think that'll be a problem though and you can accept that some day your tulpa will be acting/speaking on their own, just that it might seem very similar to your puppeting/parroting of them at first, then you could still do that. There's nothing inherently wrong with "leading" your mind in that sense to how your tulpa will speak and act, just the hurdle of eventually accepting it's them and not you doing it.

Hi! I'm Lumi, host of Reisen, Tewi, Flandre and Lucilyn.

Everyone deserves to love and be loved. It's human nature.

My tulpas and I have a Q&A thread, which was the first (and largest) of its kind. Feel free to ask us about tulpamancy stuff there.
