Reisen September 12, 2023 September 12, 2023 Tulpas being active on their own is a trainable skill, and while your brain can learn to have them participate at total random/seamlessly during your life, early on you may need to practice having "triggers" for them instead. Trying to have them become active whenever a certain thought happens or thing occurs for example. I imagine the most comprehensive trigger would be getting your tulpa used to becoming active whenever you have some conscious thoughts to yourself, ie whenever you think about something to yourself. People work differently so I'm not sure exactly how to guide this, all I can say is that people have definitely gotten to the point where their tulpas will comment on day to day things on their own. And I think that comes from the brain just making lots of associations with activities, thoughts and feelings where a tulpa might want to comment, which can be done consciously/on purpose by the host at first, and eventually should become more automatic Hi guys, plain text is just me now! We've each got our own accounts: me, Tewi, Flandre, and Lucilyn. We're Luminesce's tulpas. Here's our "Ask Thread", and here's our Progress Report (You should be able to see all of our accounts on the second page if you want)
