Stevebat October 15, 2012 October 15, 2012 Hello, Newcomer here to the Tulpa thing, so If I say or Do something stupid WARN ME. Now that I have got the introductions out of the way how bout some history, I started on my Tulpa Friday (Or was it thursday), I have a wonderland that consists of two unconnected scenes (Will work on later) and an abyss for where I do focus work. The scenes are a beach with a horizon, and a study for which the Tulpa currently rests in a bed. My current progress is as such Possibility of emotional surge: I felt the weirdest thing today while forcing, it was a completely out of place shudder in my body that I have no explanation for. Not quite claiming sentience Form: Fluttershy, Pony with yellow fur and a pink mane, 3 Dimensional cartoonish. Surprisingly enough, this form took hold on its own when I decided I wanted a pony. Personality: Working on a strong willed Tulpa, one that is freespirited and exploratory, I am almost positive she will be quite stubborn. Traits are added in one by one by pouring bottles with the traits in them on the tulpa, Issues: Mind wandering and puppeting, The former leads to the latter Narration: Currently narrating the Tulpa's personality back to it for reinforcement. Not sure what other materials to use. Name: Servenia, Although I might change it to fit her better when I can get a better picture of her. Tools: A PSP, Headphones, And Tulpatone by Fede-Lasse.
Gr0lem October 15, 2012 October 15, 2012 Steve, two things. One: Mind wandering is a fun little symptom of your generation. Recognize it and puppeting isn't something you should be worried about. Don't intentionally make your tulpa move and everything else is sentience. Two: Be careful with Fede's tones. I tried to use them once and it scattered by brain so completely I couldn't focus on shite. Isn't a Fluttershy the opposite of the traits you are describing? I flatly refuse to believe the relationship between you and your tulpa has developed so far that you are willing to have sex, especially since you have only known this person for two weeks. Give it a month, at the very least; It's important your tulpa develops properly.
Stevebat October 16, 2012 Author October 16, 2012 More results more surprises 10/16/2012 So I put more developement into my wonderland, the single bedroom and beach have been expanded to a fullout mansion with a pathway leading to said beach, the mansion currently contains a whole lot of empty rooms, a large library, a dining hall, a kitchen, the bedroom and a front entryway. What I find fascinating is that I got my Tulpa to follow me around the place while developing and she actually seemed to listen intently to what I say. She seems to be very curious about the world around her. She also nods and shakes her head to simple questions but does not speak. After about 10 minutes I still have yet to find a name for her she likes (She rejected Servenia) so I figure I will spend my next session figuring out what to call her. I say this was a resounding success I still need to figure out what to narrate to her. And how should I go about personality now that she seems to be making her own?
Oguigi October 16, 2012 October 16, 2012 Don't worry too much about personality, in the end your tulpa choose how he/she wants to behave. if there is a trait that you can't stand; that you do not want your tulpa to possess, then the best you can do is sway her to a trait that's the polar opposite. For example: Don't want her to be Shy? Then make her brave, bold. Narrate to her about Anything (quantity Is more important quality). " I hate my teacher, tulpa " " Check out my phone, This is what it can do" " I didn't like it when the ship sunk " If possible speak out loud, as if you was talking to another person. as your tulpa matures telephay may be more effective. but durring these early stages speaking out loud would be best pix: Link Diary: http://ponystasha.tumblr.com Koomer.
Stevebat October 17, 2012 Author October 17, 2012 10/17/12 Not much to update on, Started narrating full out to my Tulpa currently reading Myth Adventures to her (Snrk) , The only significant thing to report is I got another surge of emotion when I finally found a name to her liking, This time my entire body instantly stiffened, Not a bad feeling but sure as hell hurt for a little while after considering how I was slouching. Did not get any forcing sessions down, But I will be practicing visualization techniques when I can. Also my Tulpa shall now be referred to as Yuna.
Stevebat October 18, 2012 Author October 18, 2012 10/18/12 Last night was another succesful forcing session, I am practicing my visualization techniques so I can better get a look at my wonderland without losing focus. Yuna changed form again, She is now a Alicorn (Winged Unicorn) that looks quite similar to Princess Luna. Her Mannerisms have changed slightly to fit the form she now possesses still curious about everything, but her actions are less childlike in their movements. The only real influence I had on the form was to sharpen her features and correct a few details. She never ceases to surprise me. Narration continues smoothly, I switch between reading books to her and talking about my day. Nothing particularly exciting happened in this regard although I think she is starting to react to the material I read.
Stevebat October 21, 2012 Author October 21, 2012 10/21/12 Not much to report the last two days. Work has impeded most dedicated forcing sessions. so I mostly spend my time passively narrating when I can. I did manage to get one really good session in today. Managed to solidify Yuna's form a bit more and establish permanency of my Mansion in the Wonderland. I now effectively "Awake" in the study at every new session. This study is large enough to carry all of my memories in books along the walls (I think) and allows me room for visualization practice of all 5 senses, although the actual practicing is rather slow. I took Yuna out flying (She has wings so she can use them) It seemed pretty fun although I couldn't tell how she actually felt about it. no particular changes in form or behaviour can be seen and she still doesn't actually talk (Specifically I have yet to hear her correctly). I would really like some advice about how to immerse myself better in the wonderland so that I can better acquaint myself with the world, Or even approach from a dreamlike state.
Stevebat October 23, 2012 Author October 23, 2012 10/23/12 More slow days, But progress is good, I had my best session last night So after deciding that Narration will take a longass time and is rather boring, and being frustrated with visualization (I suck at it) I decided to practice Possession, Nothing to complex just lying in bed and telling Yuna to take control of my limbs to start with. Not much happened although I suspect it was more on me flinching everytime something happened than anything else. She did manage to numb my extremities as a side effect but actual movement should come later. I must say that the feeling was incredibly weird. Like an invisible person was pulling on my hands and feet. That is how possession feels, Right?
Oguigi October 23, 2012 October 23, 2012 early possession can produce tons of weird side-effects as your tulpa experiments with how to exactly control your body/limbs as your tulpa understand how to move the body it will feel less alien. my tulpa mastered possession and when she controls my body. it feels normal and there willand even be brief moments that I forget that my body is being possessed at all. it going to be fun once your tulpa start speaking with your body. pix: Link Diary: http://ponystasha.tumblr.com Koomer.
Stevebat October 24, 2012 Author October 24, 2012 Update 10/24/12 Another day, I decided to do more possession practice last night and today, Not much different limbs go numb and twitch a little but otherwise not much effect*. The results are great mind you, but rather small. The biggest thing to note is that when I nearly fell asleep today I was jolted to full awareness by Yuna.
