Hello. My name is donn. I've been working on a tulpa for like 4 days and I've only known about them for 5. I've read alot guides and I'm currently just making a personality. 10 main traits that I describe in detail, 25 likes, 25 dislikes, 25 hobbies and 25 t.o.i. similar to the way faq man described it just without the hour counts. Then once those main things are written down I write a backstory, and how they would act during my routine. Once that's done I might come back for tips on how to transition into actually talking to and visualizeing/imposing her. If  I'm doing anything wrong please let me know and I will try and keep you guys caught up.

The basics (and all you really need) to tulpa creation are to think of a person who exists separately from you in your head, and then to talk to/interact with them while thinking of them as being there and wanting to respond

 

Over time your brain will start to get the idea (the time varies immensely by person, could start within minutes or could take weeks or months), and it'll start to allow your tulpa to speak, though early on it usually sounds or at least feels like "yourself" speaking for them. Keep up the practice of interacting with and thinking of them as a separate individual, and your brain will figure it out more, until eventually your tulpa will sound/feel so different from you it becomes impossible to doubt "if it was them" speaking, assuming they've been active recently (vocality tends to fade a bit after being inactive for a long time, like weeks or months, but can generally be recovered easily with practice)
