@Fox888 i  have a  few things  left from japan  where i did find  nakayama-sama's  number  !!  i can't  call it  because  my mom  restricted  contacts  on my  phone ,  but  when  i go out  i will try  and use a payphone :))  thank  you for your kind words .

up a  bit earilierm  today ahh  i want to go  back to bed... (-_-)7   so so   sleepy.   megumi is  learning  how to  possess the  body completely   on his own  (i am  so surprised  LOL) but  most of  the day  he just tells me  what he wants.  we're  cuddling  and watching pokemon  since  i'm too   tired to  do school atm . i   wonder if megumi's behaviour  is so regressive   because  i mostly watch  kid media?  maybe .

If I may ask, what all do you do to force/affirm? Your progress is really good, so I'd love to know how you go about it!

@Fox888 in  the beginning  i only  affirmed that  "megumi is my tulpa/megumi  is in my head/is  my headmate" and  listened  to subliminals.  (i  don't  anymore  because i   feel we  progressed   enough!)  in  a few  days of  affirming   when i felt like  it (i   never force myself to  affirm  ,  it makes  the   experience  negative.)   megumi   was giving  me  some responses .   no matter   the thought ,  if i   had a suspicion  it could   be megumi,  i told myself  it was.  

 

in the   hospital  i started  telling him  to work  on self-forcing   while i   affirmed.  i  started   affirming  his independence and  sentientince   instead  of just   creation  now.  when  we'd  cuddle   before bed   i'd  remind   him he's  a separate  being from  me, that  we now  exist   together,  etc.  for "normal"   forcing  i honestly   only read   a couple   of books to him.   keeping your   tulpa in your   thoughts is  all it  actually  takes,  i try   not and  complicate   it.  

 

for possession   i honestly just read a   guide and shrugged,  it wasn't a necessity to  me.  that  same night  when i  was  falling asleep,  megumi  took  hold of our  hand and  put them  together,  since i had  completely  forgot to  myself.   he didn't  make a  big deal out  of it,  just  rolled over   in headspace  and  slept.  

 

i  think  giving your  tulpa  responsibility  early on   is crucial.  my mistake  was  assuming   megumi  would know  nothing  about the  world,  but he  drew his  knowledge  from me  and created  a view  off that.  remind  them  that  they're  separate  from you,  try  and escape  any possible  co-dependency!   especially  if  your  neurodivergent  or mentally ill.  (that, of  which,   i am both.)

oops!  we have a  fever.  free day   to just lay  around w/  megumi-chan! we  might go  to the zoo on   friday.  i tried  finding  a reshiram plush  megumi  could carry  around irl  just like  he has in  wonderland,  but  pokécenter  is all  sold out.   i did add a luxray  to our cart.. but i'll  hold off until   reshiram is  back in  stock.

met with our  new  therapist today   AHHHH  i was terrified!   i mostly   just had to  tell her about   all the trauma in  my life then  she was like    "oops times   up see  you next   week"  and i was all   shaking from the  nerves of it all lol. 

 

megumi  was quiet today but ahh he was so talkative  whenever  we woke  up in the  night.  he really likes  our cat and kept  us up just  so he  could keep  petting her. ipad kid behavior

however,  we don't plan on  forcing him  right  now, probably  in a couple  months.  i'm happy with me and my  gumi :))

i lied   ahh!!!  me and  my gumi  are forcing  a new tulpa  starting....  tonight !   ahh!  both me  and gumi are  anxious  by nature,  and  i was talking  like "hey  imagine  if we had a  more confident headmate   wouldn't  that be crazy"  and gumi was  like-  "can't we literally do  that" lol. i'll  stick to my  method  of subliminals  and strictly  affirming   for the first  few days..  but  i'm  super  curious  how having  another  person help  on the development  might effect  progression!

visualization of   two tulpa is  harder...  we need a bigger   room.  this  place is no judgement  so i'll tell you  about my  tulpa.  he's a  much ,  much more mellow  version  of sukuna from jjk.  sukuna's  personality  and overall character   has always  interested  me,  and along with  megumi  i found him  strangely comforting?  me and megumi  can talk  consistently  now,  i love  him lots.
