dimon January 30, 2025 January 30, 2025 Hello there! I created Max a few days ago, by hypnosis record. I found hypnosis record on YouTube, and because in trance it is way more easily to imagine things... He is here And we doing good! He literally changed his clothes colour after I asked him about his favourite colour! By the way: what I need to ask to know him better? I know only basics of his character, I want to know his preference, behaviour and something like that And how can I strengthen our bound? He can talk pretty freely, but I can't hear him most of time when I don't think about him? I am excited to learn tulpamancy, and I hope you will help me with that!
Glaurung26 January 30, 2025 January 30, 2025 Welcome! I find that tulpamancy is always a very personal journey and you're going to be the expert on your tulpa. Please do get involved, research, practice, educate yourself, and ask questions. Just be prepared to stick it out and be committed and persistent to developing your tulpa. Tulpa development is curious and has its quirks. They develop similarly, yet different to humans. They start off as a blank slate or a copy of yourself, or sometimes a copy of a character you base them upon. This is like their "infant phase." They tend to grow very quickly compared to humans. Imprint upon them, talk to them, share your interests, your tastes, take them to see all the things that interest you in life. Even if they don't overtly respond, they are listening and they are learning. You will need patience and some persistence to guide them. There may be stumbling blocks or they may need time before growing further. Also spend time with your tulpa but don't neglect yourself. Once they feel comfortable and welcomed, they will respond, express desires, interests, test boundaries and try to understand their relationship to you and their place in the world. I like to have them take personality quizzes and give me feedback on their opinion of things. It's like the childhood phase. This is probably the most exciting phase of development, getting to interact with them, learning about them as they learn about themselves and watch them stretch their legs while they formulate who they are as a person. From here on it can vary wildly depending on your dynamic, time commitments, your personalities, and many more factors specific to your life. There is the teenage and "growing pains" phase (which hopefully isn't too painful and will be quite rewarding), where your tulpa will finally come into their own and find their place in your system and the world around you. You will begin to let them have the reins for a while and learn for themselves. Grow, develop, and stand on their feet. You will settle into a rhythm of your lifestyle. Your tulpa will learn how to occupy themselves when you're away and busy with IRL (in real life). Some tulpas just sleep or go quiet and meditate. Some will actively watch and follow you, even comment as you go about your day. Others will go off in your Wonderland and have adventures of their own. Usually it's a mixture of those and more. There isn't typically an "end" to tulpamancy where you can definitively say "I did it! I successfully made a tulpa!" Usually, it just kind of happens. You wake up one day and realize you've welcomed another fully functional person into your life. Like all relationships there is some degree of maintenance and involvement required. But at this point, you've basically done it and you reap the rewards and enjoy your fulfilling life together. Almost universally tulpas appreciate attention and involvement. Even if it's little gestures and letting them you they're welcomed and being thought of. Your relationship can be life-changing or deeply involved, affecting every aspect of your life or you can keep things simple and cordial. Maybe a tutor or a counselor or a gaming buddy. Maybe an artistic muse. It's up to you to set your own goals but the possibilities are endless, limited literally only by your imagination. Good luck on your journey! 😀 Darron: Host 💍 Jaina: Tulpa 💍 (Raccoon Queen 🦝👸) 👨👩👧👦Dain and Nova Aggrok: Tulpa Void Dragon Viktor: 🐺 [DeviantArt]
