BeWyrdPlayGames April 23, 2025 April 23, 2025 At about 10:45 today, I had a headache in the left-back area, a bit above my left ear. I rarely get headaches, but when I do it’s usually behind my eyes or my forehead. The headache throbbed a bit then went away. I haven’t really developed my tulpa, but I’ve thought about it and that might register as creating it? Idk Is this head pressure, or wishful thinking? Seagull April 23, 2025 April 23, 2025 There's no way to now for sure, but it could be a sign, a may also be connected to something else, like a migraine from screen light or pressure from from leaning on the back of the head. Don't worry about receiving a "sign" of thier sentence, instead worry about how much active and passive forcing you have put into their development, the best way to force is too be fully immersed, you have to be ready to be emotionally open, to have a meaningful conversation with them, so that way they will also be open with you and put more effort into existing, the brains neural network (consciousness...?) for them will develop over time from activity, and during that time, they need to be active and engaged, it's not work, it's just... keeping them close to your chest, in your mind... as such, reminding them that they have a reason to exist and a reason to develop and prosper. That went on a bit but my point is that you need to give them a reason to want to talk to you, a real reason, even if it's just to catch up on what has been happening, include them in your life, and they will thank you for it. Lenore April 24, 2025 April 24, 2025 In my system's experience, head pressures and headaches feel pretty distinctly different. The pressures are literally that: just a sense of pressure or fullness, no pain or throbbing. They're also always tied to communication, when one of us is thinking at the others, as opposed to just thinking in general. Every system is different, of course, and you'll likely get a better idea of what it feels like for you in particular as time goes on. Friendly neighborhood spider witch
TB April 24, 2025 April 24, 2025 Lenore basically said what I was going to say. At least for me, head pressures are distinct from headaches and are just a sense of pressure of fullness, and seem directly related to communicating Creation for creation's sake. we draw things Resident Dojikko
