For a human, anime or furry styled character, you can try Second Life. The avatars you make there are very customizable, down to their body language. Everything that goes in your avatar, from eye styles, eye color, a mole on the chin, body shape, the sag in their breasts, hair color and the exact shade of the hair, are all customizable. Everything that goes in an avatar are from resident creators who sells them in world.

 

The down side to Second Life is that it has a huge learning curve.  It will also require some money ($50-$80 range without discounts from sales that usually take place at the end of the year) for you to make a nice looking human avatar. The other stuff, like anime/furry looks, can be done cheaper, but still not free.

Unfortunately that's a biiig obstacle x.x I definitely can't afford that, though maybe I'll look through some MMO's that have free trials^^

@Shaula that picrew is actually really good^^ here's the closest I could get to the way I imagine her form: (the skirt goes down below her knees, she's a bit taller, her eye color is a bit darker, and her hair has kind of.. streaks of blonde and purple-ish, much of which I'm not 100% sure whether she came up with or I did, but either way it's close enough I think^^)

I'd also recommend Hero Forge as a free character creation tool. We found working in 3D really helpful for our visualization.

games such as Skyrim have good character creator that includes ‘other species’ if you want Tulpa that aren’t entorely human (elves, gnorcs and stuff as well as some more human like’ but the clothing is limited..or more themed if you like as the game is about Norvik battle …most of it is ‘armour'

 

Farming/life sims tend to have be more human based and you get to choose hair colour, eye colour, body shape etc and more regular looking modern clothes but the characters tend to be ‘cartoonised’ games eg My time at Sandrock. If you like your Tulpa to be like animals walking on 2 legs wearing clothes like humans ..Animal Crossing (if you have a switch) …though your character is human your fellow inhabitants aren’t and you can pick a favourite..even get an amiibo card for them so you can invite them to your island…..  your Tulpa could take that form and you would be the human character (the isalnd becomes your wonderland and the story of your life together) ..although its more limited to what you can do together within the world. 

 

AC is exclusive to Switch but Hokko Life is similar and the world has more quests and areas to explore more design options etc. there’s a community on FB to play with others/share designs. It’s probably also available on Steam for PC? 

 

If you don't mind less relaistic looking/pixalated characters …games like Stardew Valley which has a ton of mods for PC to make the game better looking than the console version and add more functions…again has a multiplayer option so you can connect to others or make a farm where you and your Tulpa live together.

 

Though you then have to to have both characters technically online and in game simulataneously and control 2 seperate characters…other option would be to pick an NPC that is most like you or your Tulpa ..decide which. ..ie are you the NPC or your Tulpa..… then make your character as the 'other one' and marry that NPC in game so you can then live in the same house.  (although the NPC will only sleep in a specific room/bed the house can be upgraded and there’s nothing to stop you making another bedroom ‘upstairs’ for the player character if you don’t want to sleep in the same bed in-game)

 

Depends what kind of game you like to play really?
