Abvieon January 20 January 20 (edited) Although the lines can of course be blurry for some systems, I think there should definitely be some way to distinguish between speaking for your tulpa and your tulpa speaking for themselves. In my experience it actually is possible to inadvertently block out or overshadow my tulpa's intent (to the point of him getting frustrated) with my own expectations or imagination. I don't know if "parroting" is the best word for it, over time I've leaned towards being more literal and simply saying "controlling your tulpa," "acting on their behalf", etc. which leaves less room for misinterpretation than a vague word like parroting. Edited January 20 by Abvieon I'm writing a tulpamancy / science fantasy novel! Tulpas & Tea Discord server. A cozy place to discuss tulpas, psychology and spirituality (or just hang out.)
