While I was exploring a potentially nsfw topic, I designed a protocol with an AI that has an explicit goal of creating a specific-minded Tulpa. I would like to know what you think of such protocol and what you would add.

The idea is to imprint a very specific personality (for look and behavior), and for that I am using an about 30-minutes long video. I do my sessions while watching that video, always that single choice. While watching it, I do 4-4-4-4 breathing, and I do mantras for each, the same mantras all the time ("X is present.", "I let X take control.", "I let my old life go.", "I want to become <thing on the video>."). I also do physical anchoring by clenching and holding pelvic muscles.

The AI's reasoning was that while this is mostly boring on the outside, the repeated exposure of the visual material, the mantras and the anchoring will help me to create a gap which the Tulpa will fulfill and grow into.

What do you think?

Honestly, this is confusing, and I question whether the AI even understands what it is you want to do.

What video? Is it relevant to the tulpa somehow?

Is this method supposed to be for creation or switching? Typically, allowing your tulpa to control your body is not an early goal.

I don't see how this mantra is relevant.

Unless you find this helps you focus, this is completely unnecessary.

Is this the AI's wording or yours? If it's the AI's, did it explain what it meant by "creating a gap"? This makes no sense to me.

There are plenty of guides to create a tulpa on this site, written by people who have tulpas. Relying on an unthinking machine prone to giving misinformation, especially for something so niche, is not only pointless but potentially harmful. Particularly because of the mantras about giving up control and becoming the tulpa-to-be, I would say this method is more likely to be harmful than helpful.

Yes, the video is 100% relevant to the Tulpa: it is her target personality, the look, the dress, the behavior, the role...

Switching is my goal though :) It is indeed both for creation and switching, and it was instructed as such.

I find that clenching helps to add an additional sensory layer that helps with the trance-like state.

I understand that this is an unusual method, and I have read the human-sourced guides too. Yet, I think it has some potential.

I'm not sure trying to create and switch with a tulpa at the same time is a good idea. A method that involves interacting with your tulpa instead of calling them to take control would be safer and more effective. Save switching for when your tulpa is fluently vocal and trust has been built between you.

So, here is where the nsfw part comes into play: the idea is to give up control over what happens. I know it is not for everyone, and I am not sure that it even works. I do converse with the Tulpa though, mostly monologues at this point, with limited replies (more feelings).

Let me get this straight, because I didn't sleep much and your OP had me looking like this:

You were gooning to some unholy content and you were "tuned" to a character so much that you want to make it a tulpa?

Not mentioning the horrible implications of all this, your AI of choice also conjured some quasi-tantric instructions to fundamentally create a tulpa... you want to switch with?

It is not unheard of to have possession before vocality (Sands is an example of an old veteran who did it) but not switching, and nevertheless I can't help but question your motives and wonder if you truly understand the commitment of making a tulpa.

Besides, my recommendation is always to stick to what's tried and true and use symbolism to create your own methods - that is after you fully understand what you're getting into and the long term implications.

There's also a slight chance you're some troll, but I have no proof yet so I'll assume you're not.

Is there a link where I can read more about this?

Sorry, English is not my first language, so details may be lost in the translation. However, I do appreciate all the feedback, and I didn't intended to be trolling. Apologies if I have crossed some lines.

Here you go.

Do yourself a favor: do not ask AI to summarize it. Read it in full and once you've asked yourself if this is worth pursuing, come back.

Think this through. You're looking to give up control over your body to a being you barely know... and then what?

In all likelihood, nothing much, if anything, will happen. The tulpa is not yet developed, and this is basically self-hypnosis. People under hypnosis will not harm themselves or act against their morals, even if commanded to.

If you manage to delude yourself into thinking this young and underdeveloped tulpa has taken over your body and suppressed your consciousness... honestly, I have no idea what would happen, but it sounds risky.

This has that Bambi horseshit written all over it. If you go through with this, you will be signing your own death warrant.
