Or uncreate them? This is called dissipation, effectively just deciding you will not think about them (and/or not think of them as tulpas/separate people) anymore, causing the mental wiring that makes them up to weaken over time from disuse Though people often use some sort of symbolism/imagined way of doing it more decisively It's discouraged in the community to be done without serious consideration and good reason, obviously, but if your tulpas are making your life worse somehow then it can be done Edited 11 hours ago by Reisen Hi guys, plain text is just me now! We've each got our own accounts: me, Tewi, Flandre, and Lucilyn. We're Luminesce's tulpas. Here's our "Ask Thread", and here's our Progress Report (You should be able to see all of our accounts on the second page if you want)
KayKay 3 hours ago 3 hours ago You're implying having tulpas makes you incomplete, which isn't true. A tulpa shares your brain, but they aren't split off from you as a person. They're a new being that exists alongside you. Reisen answered the other questions well, though you can't "uncreate" a tulpa. As long as you remember them, they can technically come back.

ejbrandy 2 hours ago Author 2 hours ago I'm just looking for alternatives for people who have unwanted alters
KayKay 2 hours ago 2 hours ago You can integrate, but I don't know if there's a guide on it or if a guide for integrating with tulpas would even help someone with DID/OSDD. I think disordered systems that integrate usually do it with the help of a therapist.
