Hi everybody.

Sorry for the inconvenience but I don`t know if I'm doing well my tulpa. My methods are the follows:

I visualize my tulpa for 8 minutes (in total) per day and in those eight minutes also do narration, then at night before sleep I do tulpaforce for about 15 minutes and i do this every day but ...

This method is sufficient or i need more visualization and tulpaforcing diary?

Anything you want clarify is good.

Thanks for the help :D and sorry for my bad english :/

Sorry if I have some grammatical errors, the english isn't my natal language. It's spanish.

I miiiiiiiight not be perfectly spot-on on this, but I do believe the consensus is that narration is a lot more important than both visualization and forcing. And that it's a "quantity over quality" thing.

So I'd say you need a lot more narration throughout the day, but narration is also the thing you don't have to stop everything and focus to do. It's the easy part, really. So you shouldn't have any problems placing more of it around your day.

Well Visuallisation is differant for everyone, some are really good some need more work, just puts as much into it as you feel you can.

Rai Said:

"You don't have to Narrate, you can just keep them in your mind, just keep letting them know that you care and just keep telling them that you want to help them.

And yes quantity over quality, it is better to say "Hi" to your mindfolk a million times a day, then to sit down and talk to them for an hour.

Also don't worry about it taking too long or not being quick enough, this just leads to negativity and that is bad for us tuppers, it will happen when it happens.

Oh and your English is just fine."

I disagree with both of you. I find quality to matter more than quantity.

"Yeah. It doesn't really matter when you sit down and talk about nothing for an hour and you're really bored and we both don't have a fun time." says Pinkie.

That said, you should probably spend more time in your sessions, Usbac. There's a bottleneck on just how low you can go before the quality actually starts to diminish due to an insufficient timespan.

On the other hand, you could, should you be comfortable with it, continue with the 8-minute sessions, but do them much more often throughout the day by, for example, doing 10 of them, but taking 15 or 30 minute breaks between the sessions, adding up to 80 minutes, or 1:20 hours, which is a pretty sufficient amount per day if you ask me. Or you could do 5 of them, making it 40 minutes of visualization, and then 3 of those 15-minute sessions, making it 45 minutes of "tulpaforcing" and a total of 1:25 hours worth of tupper antics.

You could.

The 8+15 minutes a day of visualisation is probably fine as long as you're actually being productive. If you're not getting anything done in visualisation sessions that short because you get distracted and so on, then I'd advise stepping up the length. However, if you feel that you're making good progress then that's fine on that aspect.

However, you should definitely be doing narration if you're at the stage where you want to do any. You can do it throughout the day, without disengaging from what you're doing; just talk to your tulpa in your head about whatever it is. That's far more important for sentience than straight-up forcing.

I'd suggest perhaps stepping up the time you're spending working on visualization and whatnot, if you're able to. It's understandable if you have a busy day schedule and "can't" get more time in to sit down and focus on development, but 23 minutes a day seems a tad lacking. Most people from what I've seen suggest at least 30-45 minutes a day, though as waffles said, you should fine as long as the sessions are productive. Visualization's a total bore in my opinion (still necessary, however.), but narration's really easy to go about during your daily business. (again, as waffles said!) If anything, I'd say go for more narration. I personally believe narration to be the most important part during creation, as acknowledgement and interaction helps develop sentience, among other benefits.

You are the only one who can see your progress. If you feel like things are developing properly and that your tulpa is growing well, then feel free to continue on the path you are going. If you feel like your progress is slow or stagnant, try changing things up, add more time visualizing or narrating. Some may do very well on a shedule like yours while others may just need extra time forcing.

Try experimenting with your forcing schedule and see if you can find a balance that works for your life and your tulpa's development.

Thank you all for responding, I've read your responses and takenote ^ ^

I will extend my narrative and tulpaforcing sessions and so soon as I tell you. I think I'm on track.

I really thanks you everybody for taking your time :D
