1. I went a couple months without forcing for certain reasons, and now I have decided to pick it up again, for good. However, I think I may be having problems "recovering his essence". I read Bluesleeve's guide on that, but I'm not entirely sure if it worked, or not. I wasn't really sure what to do exactly, while recovering it, but I certainly did try. Since my tulpa isn't vocal, it's not as easy as getting them to say something, so I really don't know how well I recovered it. Do you have any tips, or ideas on how to help recover him, and to help be sure that I've actually done it?

2. I've decided to not visualize, for the time being, and work solely on him becoming vocal. So in that case, besides narration, what else could I be doing to help expedite the process?

3. I'm having trouble thinking of him, while I narrate. I'm not entirely sure how to put my whole focus into him from the get-go, but after a while, I realize that I've been essentially talking to myself out loud, because he hasn't been in mind, at all, for a while. How do you help focus/remember to focus on your tupper while narrating?

Thanks

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."

1. I personally wouldn't recommend anything along the line of essences. I'd advise simply picking up where you left off, perhaps with a few recap sessions.

2. If you've done personality and whatnot, then I'd say that narration is all you really need to be doing.

3. When I was starting narration, I prioritised keeping my tulpa in mind over speaking fluently. If I felt that I was talking to myself, I stopped talking and refocused. Once I had the hang of that, I didn't need to try too hard to talk to my tulpa when narrating. You don't need to address your tulpa as much as you think; while talking to yourself isn't the idea, it's not the end of the world if your whole focus isn't on your tulpa during narration.

I'd speak my piece, but waffles already said it.
