Intentional Servitor Creation (use/purpose)

So I've heard the idea from folks around here regarding intentionally creating a servitor. Be it in the form of a smartphone-esque device, or a HUD. Now I'm interested in what uses these people have for servitors. Thanks in advance.

Some people use serivtors for a variety of purposes. There is the HUD purpose, but there are other applications:

* Wonderland maintenance

* Machines in the wonderland

* Something to keep the physics of a wonderland in check

* Something to help them in their jobs, perhaps.

* I have also heard of people fucking other people's tulpas through servitors.

I'd argue that's more of a puppet than a servitor.

1. Sounds like a round about way for something simple. Sort of like spending 10 hours to create a watch servitor instead of spending $5 on watch.

2. Still don't fully see why something like that is needed in a wonderland (granted that could depend on the wonderland).

3. Would need an example.

4. Hmmmmmm. I'm unsure if I should try to understand that one.
