I've recently begun, trying to make a tulpa, and im confus. Halp pl0x.

 

First question, does narrating cause headaches like forcing and stuff sometimes does?

Second, is it normal for your tulpa to say a few random lines of gibberish in the first few days of creation?

Third, is it possible to have your tulpa control your body when you sleep?

I guess it could, seems less likely though.

Yes, it is not abnormal.

Well if the body is asleep, no one can effectively use it, obviously. But I suppose your consciousness can be taking a "rest" while the tulpa moves the body, yes.

I see, thanks. I get chronic headaches, so I was curious if it meant I was doing something right, or just my head flipping me off.

is it possible to have your tulpa control your body when you sleep?

 

Yes. There are two different versions of this:

 

1: The host consciousness is in a tulpalike state and a tulpa is switched to control the body. The host can both sleep and dream independently just like a tulpa can.

 

2: The body is asleep and tulpa possesses a bodypart. This is several times harder and to some it's indeed impossible because the body is paralyzed during sleep. I have an app for my mobile that records sleeptalking and last night Shai managed to talk a bit while I slept: (5:07am) "I'm Shai, and sleeping now...*incomprehensible*... of the train." I've had this app for about a week now and this is the first time of sleep talking that it has recorded. I asked her to say her name aloud before going to sleep.
