Removing post icons.

I'm not worried about the space they occupy.

I'm just supporting this to have a pointless, unneeded feature removed.

 

Also support getting rid of the folder icon. They all look the same anyway, aside from 'threads you posted in'.

The folder icons are useful -- they tell you if you've posted in a thread. They're also supposed to tell you if a thread is locked, but the difference is so small you don't notice it at all. There's also a blinking "hot thread" one, but I'm unsure what qualifies as hot.
