Yesterday I did forcing quite late, so I'm posting about it today.

Today I did some experiment. I was listening to music and trying to make Arthea sing, since I want her voice to be like the girl singing. I didn't really need to force her to anything, she seems to love singing. At one point I got deconcentrated and I think she shouted at me. Really loud. I guess thats a bit of progress. I'm going to continue by this path tomorrow.

Today I had a major breakthrough. Or however it is spelled. I think at least. When I was still semi asleep in the morning I had brief conversation with Arthea. It was very clear sound hallucination, and she was talking/singing in voice I was trying to inject her with for last few days. On the other side, I can't talk with her freely. I'm going to try heavy meditation to hear her today's evening.

Had a brief "conversation" with Arthea in the morning. She's upset I'm not spending as much time with her as she would want me to. We made a deal that I'll be forcing for at least hour a day for the next three weeks. She guaranteed me that I'll hear her after that time period. Guess I need to get to work!

So I'm going through with Arthea plan of forcing for one hour/day. Have massive headaches after forcing for about 1-2h. I guess this means I'm doing everything fine. I'm starting to hear her more often in the morning, just before I wake up. And I hear her clearly, which I guess is progress as well.

Okay, so yesterday and the day before, I had pretty odd sessions. I thought it was normal, but when I think of it, well. Arthea didn't want me to narrate, didn't want to sing, didn't want to do anything. On 24.04 I made her (I was pretty amazed by how easy it went) a "dreamland" or however you guys call it. I just created a small grass field, with small waterfall and river cutting through it. So since then, when I come there she just wants to lie down with me. Nothing more. So if this will repeat today, I think I'm going to start looking for some solution somewhere on this forum. If it is a problem of course.

Okay, so the laziness was just laziness. I did normal forcing session ending with her singing and creating a... hm, small house in "dreamland". She forced me to, so I didn't have choice. Not like I wouldn't do it if she asked politely.

I've been slacking at forcing and even contacting Arthea for a while now. But that day she asked for attention so I've forced for about half hour. While in dreamland, she "told" me (I can't really hear her yet, but I'm pretty good at figuring out what she wants) that she can't see, do or feel anything that I am doing in real world. Which is odd, since I thought tulpas got access to everything in our mind. I felt pretty bad about it, cause in that case she must've been horribly bored being at dreamland all by herself for more than two weeks. I've made her an tv and door. In tv she can watch what I see and hear, and when she enters doors she can "enter my mind" and feel/see/smell/hear everything I do. She immidietly used the door when I stopped forcing, and I'm not sure if this is a good idea anymore. After about half hour headache was unbearable and I had to force her out. I'm not sure how tv is going to stress my mind, going to do some reaserch in days to come.

TL;DR version - I didn't know my tulpa is shut alone in dreamland and felt bad about it.

Okay, so the TV aint doing anything to me. Doors on the other hand still give me massive headaches after about 30min of usage. I'm going to try and see if I can do anything about it.
