BestFluttershyNA April 22, 2013 April 22, 2013 I have been looking at tons of threads and the FAQ, and I can't seem to find a specific answer to this question. I do a lot of passive forcing, and I try to narrate to Vin as much as possible, but it sort of feels awkward when I'm not sure if she can see what I am seeing, so I try to be as detailed as possible when narrating. Can she see what I see? Does she know what I am thinking? How much of my knowledge does she retain? When playing a video game, do I have to explain it or will she know how it works? I haven't gotten a lot of response from her yet, so I can't ask her, I usually just get a few phrases when narrating from her. I also can barely visualize her in my head, as it's been a few days. Also, quick question: How clearly do you guys visualize your wonderlands? I can barely keep a grasp on it, as I have a lot of intrusive thoughts. If you asked me to draw I would be able to, but it's really hard to keep my wonderland "alive" and flowing in my head. Creating Vin.
Tulpony April 22, 2013 April 22, 2013 1) "Can she see what I see?" Yes, tulpae see things entirely through their host's eyes, though I think they can choose whether or not to pay attention. 2) "Does she know what I'm thinking?" Well she does live in your brain. From what I've heard, they're always aware of your subconscious thoughts and can listen in on your conscious thoughts. 3) "How clearly do you guys visualize your wonderlands?" It's all a matter of practice, just like visualizing the tulpa herself. It'll get clearer over time. 4) "How much of my knowledge does she retain?" (Forgot this one) She can potentially know everything you know, however it's up to her to go into your memories and look it up. She's not going to look into everything at once, that'd be like reading an entire library worth of books. However, the odds are pretty good that she'll know what you're talking about, either from your memories or your thoughts, and if not she'll just ask.
Guest Anonymous April 22, 2013 April 22, 2013 What you can see and then some. They can see your wonderland vividly (in some cases more vividly than you), they can see what you see, and then they can see what you remember. A kind of spacial memory... think of that little bubble on Google earth, where you get a freeze frame of an a 360 area... and supposedly with your other senses, they can "see" anything that changes around you.
Hornets April 22, 2013 April 22, 2013 Oh they definitely can see what you see, and sometimes see things that you don't notice. I know my response is shorter than the ones above, but I can assure you that they do.
