FlyLo May 4, 2013 May 4, 2013 I have been watching several anime like "The Boondocks" and "Afro Samurai" and in both shows the main characters seem to develop people to talk to in order to deal with stress. They do this unknowingly. In "Afro Samurai", Afro unknowingly creates a tulpa to deal with the stress of killing his master and many others to avenge his father. In "The Boondocks", Huey Freeman (one of the main characters) creates a tulpa to talk to as to cope with the public thinking he is a domestic terrorist. The tulpae seem to know things they do not know and see things they cannot see. This brings me to suggest that the media has purposely involved the theory of tulpa and put it in the public eye. Could this be true?

There is already a thread on this exact thing. http://community.tulpa.info/thread-tulpas-and-tulpa-like-things-in-the-media?highlight=media "If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."
