chees458 May 21, 2013 May 21, 2013 I've been using the wonderland method to help me tulpaforce for about a month or so now, having Hal (my tulpa) taking the form of a blue flame so I have something to concentrate on and narrate to. But recently when talking to Hal I've been feeling a 'presence' of sorts with me that I've put down to being Hal, and I've been wondering whether I should be starting to build on Hal's form from that flame and focusing on/narrating to that presence as well, or to just to continue focusing on the flame and wait for a more certain response.
Chupi May 21, 2013 May 21, 2013 Do whichever you want. You could even work with that flame until there's enough sentience that Hal can make a form for themself. >Hal "I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that." (sorry, it was obligatory) Lyra: human female, ~17 Evan: boy, ~14, was an Eevee Anera: anime-style girl, ~12; Lyra made her My blog :: Time expectations are bad (forcing time targets are good though)
Linkzelda May 21, 2013 May 21, 2013 Yeah, what Chupi said. Just do what you feel is right for you, and that if there needs to be change, you'll take those actions accordingly. Just envision yourself succeeding in the future for your tulpa to have their form and being fully sentient and vocal. From there, just imagine yourself on what you would go through to reach there, think of it in this example: You imagine yourself as an elderly person, with your tulpa that's very defined in their own unique way. You imagine yourself taking a photo book and opening it, going through all the significant and overlooked moments you had with your tulpae; the struggles, the excitement, and the life lessons both you and them learned. When you go so far into thinking things like that and work towards believing that, your mind is going to eventually ease in that desire, and you'll realize that there's no perfect way in doing this. It's a progressive endeavor; always be open to the fact that doing new things means changing (partially or completely) the "rule book," or the preconception you had before. Good luck! :) 7 Hours of Active Forcing 8 Hours & 29 Minutes of Active Forcing 10 Hours of Active Forcing
