mindScientist June 13, 2013 June 13, 2013 I've been interested in making a tupla, and doing some research, in Wicca you could hollow a thoughtform & have them be placed within an inanimate object. Though, the thoughtform is to only stay within the object for no more than a week. Is it possible to do this to a tupla? "Parasites... Those people will want to get closer to you. They might even pretend they are your friends, but don't let that fool you! They have nothing but cruel intentions... as harmless as they might appear, Parasites are the evil scum of the earth... and they all deserve to die." ------ Queen of Maggots
omegaAnubis June 13, 2013 June 13, 2013 if you think it can happen, then it likely can. tulpae are very much based on belief and can be affected by what you believe, so i don't see why not. i am forever banned from drinking orange juice because my tulpa hates it with a burning passion
mindScientist June 13, 2013 Author June 13, 2013 I'm just concerned about the whole time limit that is given for that thoughtform to be in an inanimate object. As for the actual procedure: http://sacredwicca.jigsy.com/thought-forms "Parasites... Those people will want to get closer to you. They might even pretend they are your friends, but don't let that fool you! They have nothing but cruel intentions... as harmless as they might appear, Parasites are the evil scum of the earth... and they all deserve to die." ------ Queen of Maggots

Guest Anonymous June 14, 2013 June 14, 2013 Yes, you can bind them to an object, and I think somebody already did that a while ago, but that will be just symbolism, the only reason it works is because you think it works, it's just in your mind. The time limit is only a problem if you think it is. The only real problem would be that your tulpa might be a little pissed off if you close them into something. And he or more likely she would probably be able to exit it once he/she grows strong enough (if you let it happen).
Guest EnnervateIndustries June 17, 2013 June 17, 2013 If you are seriously interested in the "binding" interpretation, you may want to move this to meta/para, they'll help you there more, probably.
waffles June 18, 2013 June 18, 2013 On most of the forum we hold the view that a tulpa is a creation of your mind, and therefore subject to your own beliefs and wishes. Should you want to 'bind' your tulpa to an object then you could, and if you thought that you couldn't do it for more than a week then that might well turn out; but this is only happening because you are thinking it. In this case, you could extend or remove (or indeed shorten) the time limit, or not be able to do anything if you do not think that you can. A view in accordance with magical beliefs can be sought on the Metaphysics / Parapsychology sub-forum.
