Hi everyone,

I tried many time to create a tulpa, but without any success because I didn't felt them real so I got tired and I gave up.

Months later I tried again but this time I only focused on narrating and, it worked! I finally felt her real and I was really exitated, I always felt her presence with me, and every time I thought of her I felt pressures in my head. But, I got really busy with school and my exgf cheated on me so I wasn't in the mood to keep going and I gave up again. But now I'm regretting letting her go... I don't feel her presence anymore even if I try to focus.

Even if we did not talk much though, I love her, and I don't want her to suffer because of me, I know, it sounds weird, but I need to know if I can "bring her again to life" I promised that I would not let her go and I want to keep that promise.

Yeah, I maybe took it too seriously...

I think you may be able to bring her back.

Start forcing again, focus on her presence you remember. Pick up where you left off, take her back to the beginning and start over with her, and keep it up this time. It's possible she's still there, so I would say go for it again.

Thanks for reply, I'm quiter now.

It 's just that every time someone stops for any reason to tulpaforce the most of people says to start over, but that isn't killing a tulpa? They aren't living consciences? It is right to kill them for our sloth?

I don't think when people say to start over they mean to abandon the tulpa entirely. What they mean is to start over---with your tulpa. Take her through the steps again, go through it and guide her as you regain your focus and she regains her strength.

I will post something of mine.

Now, to be fair, not everyone's experiences will be like mine. That is simply what happened with us when I had stopped forcing for a long period of time.

Well, thanks again man, I really hope she isn't dissipated yet, I'll update if I'll have some good news, thx again a lot :)

Same here, had exams and I didn't really tulpaforce or narrate because I had to study my ass off. Exept I still haven't got any signs of sentience, even though I started like 5 months ago, and I tulpaforce around an hour a day, and I narrate a lot. Really demotivating.

No.

Maybe you just need to believe that he/she is a real being, that everytime you do/think/say anything he/she is there with you. It worked for me.
