I've been working on making my tulpa talk these past few days by using Bin's method, which is having my tulpa finish sentences that I say a part of. I've noticed that after I did Bin's method for a bit of time that I end up getting some strong head pressures. At first I really didn't think much of the head pressures, but then after wondering why I got them I realized that it could be possible that my tulpa was finishing the sentences by these head pressures. Now I must ask am I correct in my guess of the meaning of these head pressures? If so, how can I help my tulpa communicate not only by these head pressures, but through her mind voice?

Although there have been claims with people going through head pressures in their tulpa-related endeavors, there isn't much evidence (other than the anecdotal evidence from users here) to make a deduction that head pressures are a natural process when trying to work on a tulpa's vocality, sentience, sapience, etc.

The reason why I state it's hard to make a conclusive deduction is that there are concepts like ASMR (link to definition here) where you experience sensations mostly through your head and peripheral regions. And one may make a presumption that the reason why people get those tingling and varied sensations is probably that when your subconscious mind is trying to interact with that information, the unconscious creates deep and genuine emotion from it.

Just like when you read a story and see yourself crying, it's most likely because of how the words (the type of linguistics and language patterns used) processes with unconscious mind.

[so in short, don't focus too much on the head pressures and automatically make a judgement that it's your tulpa developing sentience or training their vocality. At most, it's just the sensations that may occur when engaging in something emotional and thought-provoking. And even with ASMR, there's controversy behind trying to distinguish it between frisson and other types of related sensations]

A lot of people take head pressures as signs of sentience, and others will tell you that it's just an indication that you're straining your head (which still means that you are making progress). After being able to speak some tulpas have talked about using head pressures to communicate, but if this is happening with you then don't lean on it too heavily. Either way, what it does show is that you're probably making progress.
