ryonaloli September 24, 2013 September 24, 2013 No, it is not possible for the brain to jump into REM sleep (with a few exceptions like narcolepsy). This is hardwired, and neither you nor a tulpa will be able to change that (especially not a tulpa, which, during most stages of sleep, is unable to "exist" anymore than your own consciousness can). You can however still have vivid dreams with practice (which are caused by better memory recall and more vivid dreams in general, not by trying to alter stages of sleep). Tulpa: Saki (female) Apparent age: ~9 Looks kinda like this I study neuroscience, so please forgive me if I become overly confrontational when I hear made-up pseudoscientific "theories" filled with anecdotal evidence, emotions, and personal incredulity.
