First question: How can I help remember my Tulpa? The main reason developing my tulpa is hard for me is because I keep on forgetting about her.

Second question: What should my tulpa do when she's in a situation where being near me isn't convenient? The two places I do remember her most of the time are the bed and the shower. However, those are also the two most inconvenient places for both of us. What would be the alternative to showering and sleeping with my tulpa?

First question: What is the search? We have had this question before.

Second question, I'm sure was asked before as well but I won't be able to find it. It's common sense really; don't shower or sleep with your tulpa. You don't have to visualise them being next to you - or at all - to be able to interact with them. Besides, what's wrong with a good

communal shower

?

Objects are a good way to remember. If your tulpa is sentient try asking what they would like to be identified with. If not, choose something for yourself.

In regards to your second question, I can't really think of a time that would be inconvenient to have your tulpa with you. Mine is with me almost all the time. I suppose if you feel your tulpa is interfering in aspects of your life this could be a problem, but you should be able to decide when and how you react to your tulpa

Having worked in a crowded kitchen, I can tell you, especially when people are waving sharp knives and scalding hot pans around, that there's no place for another person in there who nobody can see.

"'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
