So for the past two nights I haven't really been able to sleep because my tulpas have been really worried about something. I have no clue what the problem is and I was thinking maybe it was the wonderland I have them in?

I am very in touch with the emotions of my tulpas. In total, six tulpas come to me who are the younger generation of my older tulpas and the more recent one I created. Jackie had me crying from the way she was feeling, I can emotionally tell that none of them are happy, RachLynn was upset because I could feel the anger building in my head and chest, and while they don't all usually come around at one time, they have all been around me from the time I wake up till I'm out asleep. Is it something that I'm dealing with that can cause this? Is it the wonderland town that I have them all in? I'm concerned that I'm not really getting the answer to this....any ideas?

My Tulpa: RachLynn

Special: I have many tulpas that I let possess me

(Jackie, Clayton, Shaunice, Gerald, and Taylor).

Jackie's mother and her family are very important to me,

they also sometimes possess me when they come back

to my mind! (Chrissa, Steven, Erica, James, Shayna, and Deon).

You might want to emotionally pull back from them for a little while, until you can get this problem solved. It's up to you what the most effective way to do this is. Personally, I have a computer that determines how connected my tulpa and I are, so if I want to disconnect emotionally from her, I just run the command through the computer.

Once you're emotionally in control of yourself, you'll be better able to deal with what's causing trouble with them. I don't think the problem is the wonderland, but I might be wrong. Try asking your tulpas what's wrong. If that doesn't help, you might examine recent changes in your life -- often the wonderland reflects your own mind, so something wrong in the wonderland might mean something wrong in your mind.
