How much concentration does it take to tulpa forcing? Do you need to focus in only tulpa forcing, or can you do it while doing other stuffs?

Other questions will be updated soon. Probably.

I will use this thread when a question come up, is that ok?

Devoting your time solely to forcing is "active forcing" and forcing while doing other things is called "passive forcing".

Active forcing is always more qualitative, but passive forcing has the possibility of being far more quantitative.

As far as how much concentration is required, there is no amount. But the more concentration you give, the more efficient it will be. Always.

"If this can be avoided, it should. If it can't, then it would be better if it could be. If it happened and you're thinking back to it, try and think back further. Try not to avoid it with your mind. If any of this is possible, it may be helpful. If not, it won't be."
