Mr_White September 13, 2013 September 13, 2013 Pre-Imposition, what do you believe is the way your tulpa experiences the world through you? Do you believe that every sense you experience, your tulpa experiences it as well? Do you believe you have to allow your tulpa to experience a sense? Do you just believe they can't experience any senses until later on? Or is there some other belief you have?
Shui September 13, 2013 September 13, 2013 I think that depends on how you allow your tulpa to experience the world. As an example, CyberD's tulpa, Noah, can pass through solid objects. Technically, this is an ability that all tulpas have, but CyberD specifically gave that ability to Noah. On the other hand, I take a completely different approach with my tulpa. I treat her like she's as solid as I am. I pull out chairs for her to sit in, and open doors for her. It's not that she's more solid than Noah is, just that I chose to give her a different experience of the world. I feel like all the senses work like that. If you want a tulpa to see only what you're seeing, that's what she sees. If you want her to see a room after you've left it, then she'll see that instead. Just know that the room she sees might not be the same as the way other human beings in the room see it. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"
