Shui September 29, 2013 September 29, 2013 I do the same sort of mental rambling that doesn't really mean anything. Having a tulpa has actually helped, because my tulpa will call me out on it. Though sometimes she'll get caught up in it too. It's like the original definition of "meme" as something like a thought virus: sometimes there will be something in both of our heads, and we can't tell where it originated. On focusing your mind, anapana meditation can help, though it might take a while for the effects to be noticeable, depending on how unfocused you are. I don't think you're parallel processing yet. I mean to some degree, most people are capable of it, but you're not having two separate thoughstreams running simultaneously or anything. As for anxiety and depression, having a tulpa can really help there as well. My tulpa keeps an eye on my emotions and helps me to manage them. There was even once incident where she told me that I was sleeping because she was worried about where a dream was going. It looks like you're doing really well though. I hope things continue to go well. "'Real isn't how you are made,' said the Skin Horse. 'It's a thing that happens to you.'"

Foster October 2, 2013 Author October 2, 2013 Thanks for the input Shui, and RG. 10/2/2013 - I narrate to Mozai (moh-zay) every day, and have occasionally passive-forced. I had a horrible headache for about two days straight, so there has been little activity. I need to meditate. I listened to some binaural beats the other day, possibly started meditating? I don't remember anything, but I thought I was conscious of my surroundings. However, my dog stepped on my leg and my limbs flailed upwards in one spastic motion and I had no idea what was going on. After removing the headphones, sound was distorted in my ears for about five minutes. I felt very lightheaded. Still getting head pressure. When I talk directly to Mozai, I certainly feel... less alone. I feel like I've really been slacking. I knew this would happen - just have to pick up the pace again, I suppose.
Ashmo October 2, 2013 October 2, 2013 Active forcing is said to cause less of the hedaches. All of mine have always happened with passive forcing. Everyone says orange juice helps, but I've personally found you need to take it before the headache starts lol, so try working at least a glass a day into your diet. Unless you can't have orange juice, I think Nobillis was the one who told me that ginger sugars help also.
