C: You can narrate whenever. Some prefer to do it after personality is done and some prefer to do it before, it's all up to personal preference.

I just looked up entrepreneurial and it says "willing to take risk to make a profit." What kind of profit can a tulpa make? Unless your going to have him/her help you with business. And with religious/spiritual, in what way? Also lazy and detail-oriented kinda contradict.
