A: Everything were you're unsure if it's your tulpa (or you): assume it's your tulpa. Everything you feel that seems strange to you - It's your tulpa!

Eeh, I don't know about this. Sometimes my host will parrot us and not be sure whether it was him or the one he parroted. Best is to ask your tulpa and assume that whatever they answer will be true. If they're vocal, they won't lie about being parroted (unless they will, which is weird) so it's best to just trust your tulpa as opposed to saying "It's always them!". You'll only be lying to yourself.
