Flux October 18, 2013 October 18, 2013 Hello, Flux is the guy and Mik is the formless tulpa. We are on day 2 of our progress and so far a typical forcing period consists of sitting down and actively narrating to Mik. I passively narrate all day whenever I can. I did one session of visualization last night but her form, if ever used, is only a ball of light as of yet. My focus is to get her vocal and sentient before we decide on a form together. One question though, how do you guys narrate? I just have a 1-sided conversation about whatever's on my mind, is that right? Also, after writing this I got a strange 'wave' of emotion or intent that felt like she wanted me to put down my iPhone (how I'm writing this now) and spend time with her. It was a strange feeling, that's for sure. I did put down the phone and talk for a bit, eventually coming back real quick to report this event to the PR. I feel so scientific lol
Evial October 18, 2013 October 18, 2013 One question though, how do you guys narrate? I just have a 1-sided conversation about whatever's on my mind, is that right? Welcome to.. the .. Progress report dun dun dun. Anyway enough of that this is my first time on the progress report as well :P. You can narrate anything to your tulpa, 1 sided conversations help your tulpa depick questions from conversation. Both of these are good thou it makes your tulpa happy just like anything makes you happy if it talked to you. 1 sided conversation train the tulpa's vocal. You will be surprised one day when your narrating a question and your tulpa answers back to you. I still dont know how my tulpa began to talk. I was just talking to her and she said "I will always be here with you". Felt quite nice as if she was she was right beside me. Day - 54 - 1 month Stage - Impostion, independent Name - Rainbow Dash Visualise ✔ Touch ✔ Hear (vocal) ✔ Hear ✔ Impostion Independent Possesion ✔ Switching - ✔ Wanna see something cool? http://rainbowdashtulpa.tumblr.com/
Maelstrom October 18, 2013 October 18, 2013 Welcome Flux! The style of narration doesn't matter very much. The only thing is that you have to be narrating TO your tulpa. Directing your attention to her is the important part. It may feel awkward at first, and that's fine. Just keep at it! I would keep practicing visualization in some manner if you aren't going to focus on her form specifically. Else you may find that she has a form and you can't picture her one day. I know people with shapeshifter tulpa who had problems with visualization early on. Check out the guides section for some ideas. There are plenty of visualization practices that you can do that don't involve your tulpa.
Ashmo October 18, 2013 October 18, 2013 One question though, how do you guys narrate? I just have a 1-sided conversation about whatever's on my mind, is that right? Pretty much. When I narrate to Bud I literally just talk to him about everything. Weather it's my wandering thoughts or what I'm doing at the moment. When I ever do this I explain to him what and why I'm doing it. If I'm revisiting an old memory I tell him why that situation made me feel the way it did, and why I acted the way I did at the time. Sometimes I even tell him what I learned from it. If I'm going about doing a daily task, like washing the dishes, for example, I tell him what I'm doing, why I'm doing and even why I do it the certain way I do.
Flux October 18, 2013 Author October 18, 2013 Dang, thanks for all the answers! That was quick. I'm thinking later today I'll think of a form after all, but active forcing is usually always done at night here. If she has a form then I can see more signs of progress.
