Now then. ;)

For anyone that doesnt know me, im recent in the world of Tulpas. Now, I went back to college monday after a week off (most of which I begun forcing for the first time, and got in a good 10-ish hours active) but now with college starting again, my forcing time has gone down to maybe 30 mins a day, with the occasional oppertunity for passive forcing, although I lack the concentration to do that.

Recently, and it's probably me over-reacting to things, but since I've slowed down in forcing, I've started getting infrequent headaches. I believe it's not Crystal trying to contact me, and any form of communication we've had recently has been patchy (no response/ lack of cencentration etc.)

That, and the pressure is in a different location to where Crystal would normally apply the pressure (top of the head, as opposed to the forehead right now.)

Does anyone know why this is happening? help and advice would be appreciated.

It's hard to make a deduction on why you've been getting those infrequent headaches. It could just be congenital, genetic, or other factors. Depending on how much you divided your 10-ish hours total of forcing, if you did like hour long forcing sessions in short periods of time, and then took a break, it would seem plausible that's why the headaches came in.

But again, it's like shooting for the moon for anyone to give you reasons why you're getting those headaches. It's common for people to get headaches when forcing, so just keep doing the 30 minutes a day if you can, take breaks, and you should be able to get less headaches.

It's only your first 10-ish hours, some people have been doing it for months or years now. All I can tell you is that when attempting 3 hour forcing sessions, things get easier and there's rarely any headaches when you've practiced long enough. This is just from personal experience though.
