legomadeMind November 7, 2013 November 7, 2013 Ever do something you regret right afterwards? Well, I know I regret deciding to take a break from trying to create a tulpa, and now that I think about it, it was rather rude of me to do so. Admittingly, I did have a huge amount of advanced classes this year that swamped me, but I still feel like I should give up on my friend, so today I apologized to Axel (My Tulpa), and swore that I would continue again, even if we have been set back a few steps. With the anti-depressants I have now I feel much more motivated, so I'm more on top of schoolwork, and more willing to stick to the program for developing Axel. It's been about 4 months since I've been gone though, what's changed since I've left? If No One Asked Great Questions, We'd Still Be Neanderthals!
legomadeMind November 8, 2013 Author November 8, 2013 I just had my third narration secession with Axel, and it went really well, we talked about several things, sparring, psychology, the first industrial revolution, etc. And I have a book that he is interested in reading, call 'Guns, Germs, and Steel' Any tips on reading to your tulpa? Personally I read to Zala like I'm reading a child a bed time story. I create scenes in the book as pictures in the air for it and act out characters

I'd make sure you know this book well so you can concentrate more on Axel than the book. Or maybe that's just me. Niteo and Amber Take On the World Amber speaks in italics right now. legomadeMind November 10, 2013 Author November 10, 2013 Well, it's been a few days since my last report, so I've come for an update. So far I've been doing better with forcing more, reading up on guides, etc. I red part of that non-fiction book to Axel, we didn't get far because my family needed to use the only quiet place I could force. I've been keeping up with narration with Axel, I leaned a good strategy to help visualize being in my wonderland with Axel, even if my visualization is shit. Speaking of visualization, I tried one of Rasznir's visualization guides (http://pastebin.com/Vc1UtgXi) today, and it took a while, but I think it did help. Oh, I also did a very refreshing, yet simple thing with Axel today, I went outside in my backyard and had a nice small narration session with Axel and I recommend it to anyone who might be having trouble spending time with your tulpa in a non-progressive, just fun way.I If No One Asked Great Questions, We'd Still Be Neanderthals!
legomadeMind November 12, 2013 Author November 12, 2013 Well, Sensory deprivation still helps me concentrate, especially the removal of external sounds. I was able to squeeze in two 30 minute forcing sessions today, which is pretty good, although I've come to the realization that Axel isn't as vocal as I thought, which did kinda put me down, but after some coffee and dinner in the evening I was ready to force once more, and, while this may sound really bad, I tried parroting in a small dose, which it may be somewhat of a controversial practice to some .info community members, in small doses it might help progress. In any case, I made a new room in my wonderland, it's a sort of game, I like to call it 'BattleChess' The game is played on a regularly spaced board of Chess, with you and/or your tulpa in the middle, with a piece or more at the ends of the boards. The point of the game is to either hit or kick the piece the number of times it needs to be hit (Pawns:1;Rooks:5;Knights:3;Bishops:4;King:12;Queen:7). You and your Tulpa(e) each only get 3 hits to themselves before they are out of the game. The pieces move just as they would in a regular chess game, but in varying speeds (In common sense, a rook would be slower than a knight, bishop slower than a pawn, etc). Hits will only count if the person delivering the hit is standing still. The way a piece can hit it is by landing on a spot where you are standing, and once they hit they will move back two movements. While in early development with your tulpa and your wonderland you can only do a certain amount of pieces, it's still a nice game, and if you can handle more pieces, great! The more hectic it is the more fun it becomes! Any feedback on the game? If you tr it out, let me know how it went! If No One Asked Great Questions, We'd Still Be Neanderthals!

'BattleChess' Any feedback on the game? If you tr it out, let me know how it went! Personally I see no issues with parroting. I see it like any other method of developing your tulpa. As long as you aren't forcing the concept down it's throat every chance you get or 'abusing' methods then I don't see the issue. In my case Zala has started to speak, but usually needs me to ask her questions first. Personally I don't really care all that much at making her vocal and so I think she's 'coming into it' on her own, which is fine with me. As for the game... I met Zala's new form when she played a game of chess. I'll try out this game with her and let you know how she likes it. Something tells me she's a bit of a deep thinker though, so the somewhat fast pace may not work for her. We'll see, awesome update! Keep 'em coming! Cheers!
legomadeMind November 13, 2013 Author November 13, 2013 Well, I had one hell of a session today! I spent about 20 minutes of Rasznir's basic visualization practice, then, I a great 45 minute (Give or take) on narration. I was really productive in terms of forcing today As for the game... I met Zala's new form when she played a game of chess. I'll try out this game with her and let you know how she likes it. Something tells me she's a bit of a deep thinker though, so the somewhat fast pace may not work for her. We'll see, awesome update! Keep 'em coming! Cheers! Ah, thank you, the game is supposed to help increase your tulpa's reaction time and to help you get better at controlling the wonderland, that and it's not completely finished, I'll post the final rules when I'm done tweaking it. legomadeMind November 17, 2013 Author November 17, 2013 I wasn't really able to force yesterday, for some reason I was just flat out tired and passed out, but today I came up with a way to combine narration with exercise. I used to train for tae kwon doe, and I got pretty far too, but since the placed I trained at closed down I haven't been able to find another affordable place like it, so I just practice every once and a while, but today I figured, if I just pace myself while I practice, I can talk to Axel about what I'm doing, what the techniques would be useful for, etc. etc. It worked great today and with a combination of regular forcing and this new method I hope this helps enrich Axel's experiences and development.
