PaidStraw8 December 8, 2013 December 8, 2013 Okay, okay. So yesterday I began forcing. I forced for about an hour (personality) and then got tired. I told my tulpa I was going to sleep, and passed out on the floor. I felt that it was a very good first session, and I could definitely feel another presence there. In the morning, that presence was still there and very strong. As I went about my Saturday routine, (wasting time, playing video games) that presence began to diminish. Tonight I tried to force again, but I'm just not feeling it like I was. Instead of me 'projecting' my thoughts like before, it felt as if I was speaking to myself, making zero progress. What do? Also, I live in a house with five other people, so the only time I can actively force is in the middle of the night, which causes problems because I get tired. And one more thing- how do you passively force? Can you passively force all the traits, or just some (I.e personality) or what? Pls give some advice :/ Don't leave home without it.

Passive forcing is just talking to your tulpa (or visualising them or whatever) while you're doing other things. People don't tend to do personality like that, because it usually requires a bit more concentration. You can do it if you want but you can just as well not do personality at all.

Dog December 9, 2013 December 9, 2013 Wait a while before you think anything is going wrong. Also, you usually passively force by talking to your tulpa throughout the day.
