I agree. Prerequisite maturation is irrelevant, and age constraints are arbitrary.

 

I believe tulpas can promote and facilitate maturity at any age. The only possible caveat I'd propose is that repressed traumas can be exposed, which may serve to exacerbate existing mental problems like anxiety and depression. But the risks could just as well be accepted as part of the necessary process of introspective exploration and growth.

 

Bottom line: Blunders within tulpa forging are unlikely to ever lead to permanent ruination.
