Shadowboxing

I was just wondering if anyone had tried shadowboxing with their tulpa. Bonus points if said tulpa is imposed touch-wise.

A little bit, but Shira is very small which makes it a bit difficult. Sometimes she takes a blurry human form so that we can spar a little bit, but boxing isn't my preferred martial art. I'd rather grapple than box.
