Matthew Ravensen October 14, 2014 October 14, 2014 This Thursday my lovely tulpa will have 6 mouths and i'm really worried about future. In fact, the only way to communicate with her it's to parroting. I'm totally lost in what i have to do next, I know my tulpa is sentient and got a mindvoice but I got such issues with imposition. ( audio, image and touch, smell can wait i guess and taste is pretty pointless ) I just want some advices to do a good work about, sometimes i heard her voice really quiet when i'm dizzy in my thought, but after nothing. So have you got some good advices about impostion exercices? and visualisation, i do same exercices for long time and got a great visualisation in my mind but not in open eyes if you have that too, other technical i tryed not work well for me. If you think i don't have interest to go for imposition, say it and why, that's can be interresting and forget please about my gramar :@
Butterologist October 15, 2014 October 15, 2014 If you could type a little more clearly next time, it'd go a long way for in helping you. Anywho, parroting is good for starting vocality, to sort of get the ball rolling so-to-speak. Also, be sure you have a very good and open way to communicate with your tulpa, make sure she's comfortable with whatever methods you're about to try for imposition. (Might get a little weird, dawg) Look under guides for some really helpful advice on impostion, visualization ex. https://community.tulpa.info/thread-imposition-implanting-guide Read all the guides, take little bits and pieces from each one you read, but you should always experiment and use your own methods to find what works for you. I've been working on imposition for about a year with my one tupper, and we've only had little spurts of progress. Just have a ton of patience, basically.
hbenton October 15, 2014 October 15, 2014 How often are you forcing, and for how long? Which guides are you following? When do you force? Are you someplace quiet, where you won't be disturbed when you force? What does your forcing routine look like? Do you meditate? Do you listen to music? (if so, what sort of music?) Have you tried using binaural beats? What do you do throughout the day with regards to tulpa-related endeavors? Are you passive forcing when you're not active forcing? How often? I ask these questions because the last time I tried helping someone out, they told me that they didn't force very often, and that when they did, it was sitting uncomfortably in a brightly-lit room with their computer monitor on -- in other words, a lousy, distraction-laden environment. It was little wonder they were having problems! I want to be sure there's nothing wrong with your method before trying to tackle other issues. How's your visualization? I don't think imposition is possible without good visualization skills. Do you have a wonderland? If not, get one. Having a wonderland will help your visualization skills, perhaps dramatically. Also, realize that imposition can be very time-consuming for some people and as such I would only recommend it to advanced tulpamancers. We're talking years potentially before you see desired results. Then again, some people find imposition to come easily. It really varies from host to host. For what it's worth, I make no claims about having my tulpas imposed.
Matthew Ravensen October 15, 2014 Author October 15, 2014 Thanks for your fast resp. I have read nearly all guides, some about personality and global helped me a lot. About my forcing session, i can't focus enought longer in active, I know it's really important but i can't manage. So I passive forcing a lot, narrate and visualise. Yes I meditate, but with no music, i have try binaural song and make me really sick. If you have some focus technique or something, i 'll take it. I don't have a quiet place everydays, I have a wonderland and good visualisation only in mind not with my eyes open
Guest amber5885 October 15, 2014 October 15, 2014 Okay eye open visualization is called imposition. Don't worry about that at all yet. Thats something you'll try when your tulpa is 110% developed. As far as your forcing it just takes time and practice. While you can make a tulpa with just passive forcing active forcing does help to speed up the process. To active force you do need a quiet place but it doesn't have to be for like an hour each time you could try to active force for a few minutes after you wake up and for a few minutes before you go to bed until you get the hang of things. And then when that becomes easy try to make the sessions longer if you want. Remember there is no harm in starting small and building on that as you go
Matthew Ravensen October 27, 2014 Author October 27, 2014 First, sorry to not post that quickly as you =) thank to you by the way. I will follow that but last question have you some relavation/method for focus attention and raise energy? I'm a really stressful and hyperactive person.
