I've had significant changes in hearing my tulpae, Atlas has even said some really philosophical things.

But yeah, practice practice and practice. That's the only way.

I have a tip: Don't think tulpaforcing as a progress. Don't observe the progress every day, instead, just continue forcing. Sometimes seeing that there is only little progress will end up becoming frustrated, which makes forcing even harder.

Teo here!

Thank you all for your replies, we also went through some tips and found this: https://community.tulpa.info/thread-misc-tips-for-hearing-your-tulpa?highlight=hearing

Basically, Ive found out that if she cant hear me well, i kind of focus my energy or my whole conciousness on her and that seems to help a lot. Sometimes she does parrot some of my words, but most of the time, she hears well.

The ping pong game also helped with hearing the clarity of my voice, the tone, feel to it etc.

So, if any of you have any more ideas, please do tell them, wed love to try out other things.

This seems to be a very common problem... Anyway, we're having it too. I would have to agree with everyone else. The clarity of her voice does seem to get better with time and practice. I think Saphira was already verbally capable, but it's just that I couldn't hear her, and sometimes I get confused by intrusive thoughts. Games, reading, conversations. It all helps out. Even the smallest bit of progress is good progress, right? At the moment, I can usually hear simple responses, but longer sentences usually fade out, or get "fogged".

Some things that might help a bit...

Taking turns in reading out a book (in your head, or you can read out loud to make the difference between your's and your tulpa's voices all the greater.

Singing a song (probably best in your head). Pick verses that you can do individually and together.

The word association game. Worth a try? Warning:can turn very weird quick...

Alphabet race (made it up on the spot). Race your tulpa to say the alphabet first.

Do a play and laugh at each other's attempts at accents (might work).

Read out words from the dictionary (word association is better)

I'll try and think of any others and update this post. Hope this helped! :)

Part of the road to becoming a better person lies in defeating the darkness inside yourself, then helping others to do the same.

From my experience... I watch a lot of anime, movies... I listen to music at every chance I get. I'll listen to songs over and over again to the point I can replay the entire thing inside my head, pretty accurately. Voices are my thing. It does come with practice, and paying attention to how other people's voices sound helps a lot too. That'll help you get your tulpa's voice or who/whatever else lives inside your head a clear and more realistic voice. As for not having much to say, that does come with practice.

I learnt most of my – we call it vocalisation and projection – from TDF, so... >>' the way we do it is separate our inner voice. Divide it in two, and give the other half to the daemon. It's like having a conversation with yourself. At first you will have to think very hard about how your tulpa replies, but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Personality and background helps a lot. I spent ages developing Kuroi's (my tulpa's) personality so that I know exactly how he would reply to me.
