Start of a new year

Holy hell it's been over a year since I done this crap. Ahem, anyways how have you all been? I've been fine, though I don't think Jex is. I think he's dead.

Now, it's mostly my fault for not concentrating on him at all the past year and slowly drifted away from Tulpas as I focused on other things, such as school, and I have changed quite a bit. Now what does that mean?

Well, I don't think I can restore Jex. So that means I am starting completely fresh.

 

Now that that intro is out of the way, time to get to the /real/ post.

 

Brief introduction

For the people who haven't seen my first post, my name is Hun. I am a student in the middle of nowhere, Canada. I've done things like this before, like Jex and some of my RP muses surprisingly, but I want to take it to the next level and keep it there. I am also a huge ass nerd who is into magic and dragons.

 

Tulpa Goals

My Tulpa's placeholder name will be Oru. If they so happen to not like that name in the future, then I'll be more than happy to let them pick their own name.

 

Physically, I don't really care too much what they turn out like. I want to start them out as some sort of raven demon/monster and see where it goes from there. I won't restrict them too much, like I did with Jex, because it's interesting seeing how they change.

The same goes for their personality. I don't care too much about what they turn out like as long as they don't turn into a giant ass.

 

Progress so far

Not much so far. I'll update this with the latest progress once I start.

Good luck, and maybe they might come back to your awareness somehow. It could just depend on whether you feel there can still be some kind of novelty in their existence you had with them beforehand, or not.

I like the form you're suggesting. I've thought myself about having impish tulpas. Foing to impose Fenchurch first, but once I've done that, maybe I'll do something similar.

Yeah, maybe. I tried talking to him a bit yesterday, but he didn't reply and I couldn't really "feel" his presence...

Just wait I'll be in the middle of imposing Oru and he'll show up.

And thanks. I really like the idea of non-human Tulpa and I'm surprised that people tend to stick to something human-like or pony Tulpas..

Update 2

Tl;Dr: Form chosen and passive forcing

Oru has a form now! Well kinda. They're going to be what can only be discribed as a dragonic peacock with dark purple feathers that change tint in light. Think of the Iridescent/Shimmer genes from Flight Rising, add them to the love child of a dragon and peacock, and you've got it.

I've been passive forcing today and it's been going good. I can kinda sense them already and they have been "talking" to me. By that, I mean that I occasionally get a feeling or "Yes" or "No" to things, such as when I was trying to decide their gender I got a "no" for male and a "yes" for female. Not 100% sure if that was Oru or not, but hey it's a start.

I mean *I* had a different name back then. Same avatar, so people don't mix us up, but my last name was too easy to find with google, so I changed it.

Update 2

TL;DR: Headaches suck.

Welp, I'm making progress. Oru called me childish yesterday and I've been having killer headaches lately. Their voice is quite nice I have to say...very soothing and smooth. Still have no idea what gender they are yet but I'm fine if they decide to choose to not have a gender.

Anyways, that's basically it for today. Hopefully the headaches will subside before finals next week... :T
