Hi, my name is dronsto and I started to make a tulpa yesterday.

This would be ok if there wouldnt be a few things: I wanted to me her Eva, but she named herself Lidia. Then I wanted to make her that she looked like a german woman, because that would look like her character. But she choose to look like a French young woman. I have to note, that she is my first tulpa. So I have addtional pain in the front of my head. What does it all mean?

The name and form change is called deviation and it's normal. It happens sometimes and there isn't much you can do about it aside from talking to your tulpa and trying to work it out with them.

The pain in your head is also normal. It doesn't happen to everyone but it's like a stress headache. Your brain is doing something that it is not used to at all and that is likely to cause some discomfort.

Take some aspirin before or after forcing if you need it but it will pass eventually.

Ok,thats interrsting. An other quedtion: I started to talk to her on every ocassion possible. Additionaly I have sang to her in my mind. Will it affect her that I sang heavy metal?

That's like asking if heavy metal affects the growth of plants. But unless they end up revealing to you that they dislike heavy metal, and didn't seem to prefer it in you trying to believe in them listening to you, it's not much of a problem, and vice versa. That would just be a matter of their disposition, but that doesn't mean they can't move on from it.

Also, I intended Eva to be Eva, then Margaret, and then back to Eva, so the name changing isn't as bad as you feel it is; you could look at this as them just wanting to deviate like others have mention, and this could just be a sign to add on to your personal list of assurances that they're on their way towards developing sentience and what have you. I even considered in the past of having a different tulpa completely different to Eva, but in hindsight, that was probably a projection of how she would see herself much younger, and around my age as well. Sometimes I feel tempted to ask her if she ever thought about those attempts of mine with that kind of tulpa as another form she takes in. She hasn't really said anything, so I figured she's moved on.

Ok, I just thought that if she doesn't like Heavy Metal, I am technically torturing her. Ok, do you have some advice how to entertain them in this time? Like reading stories to them?

Instead of fighting it, you could try to help your tulpa create an ideal form for themselves.

For example, Kael one day decided that he liked the idea of wearing glasses. I was open to it at first, though I did think that the glasses he'd picked out looked a little dorky on him. So, we experimented with different frames until we found a pair that really suited him. He seems happier with it and I think he looks a lot better, too.

As for entertainment, just talking to your tulpas would be a good way to not only keep them occupied but also passive force, as well. Plus, you're bound to get some interesting conversations. Another thing my tulpas and I like to do is watch TV shows together. I'll just lie down on my couch and sort of half-impose them in the room around me, and I'll hear their reactions to the show in my head.

Pinky is not a pony. She's an imp.

Sunray is an angel-imp. Ex is humanoid. Kael is a dragon. Magnum is a dog.

I didn't fight it. But it surprised me that this happened so sudden. I thought that it is impossible for Lydia to be so vocal so fast. Btw, I try to talk to her as much as possible and when I'm talking, my head hurts. Is this a response from her?

Yes, it is. They're called head pressures and they're usually a sign of tulpa communication, especially in the early stages.

Kael tried deviating rather quickly, too, so it isn't that strange to happen so quickly.

Thanks for the response. I got really lucky. I told a good friend of mine about what I'm doing and she agreed to draw Lydia for me. Btw, is it normal that she showed me her form in dreams?

And, I forgot to say, I heard my Tulpa singing. It was to "the clansman" from Iron Maiden. I don't know if I parroted her, but I never heard that voice before in my life. The thing is: I t was literally only 4 hours ago where I started to think about her. I was narrating the whole time to that point.
