So, this is my problem:

I really want to create a tulpa, but the problem is time. I only have like 30 minutes a day.. What should I do, and what guide fits best with that?

Guides are just heuristic tools for you to find a way to develop a workflow while hopefully helping one conceptualize, and come to their own conclusion on whether or not the methodologies in theory would be practical for them. This question ultimately comes down to what you want to get going first:

- Mind-voice interaction?

- Visualization?

- Imposition?

- Narration?

- Concentration?

- Developing your own framework of reasons why you're doing this?

Whatever the case, don't feel that your success is contingent on focusing on a few methodologies alone; you may end up creating a Frankenstein of methods to unravel some kind of breakthroughs throughout the course of your journey. IMO, if you want certain workflows to help develop something like visualization, and just applying yourself through sensory description of not just you, but your tulpa as well (and it doesn't even have to be contingent on focusing on your tulpa; you can just do it for general practice), I made a guide submission here:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1guub6JF0OGVheUPzddtMyZKHqnrcnuWLYufwGhc3Fmc/edit?pli=1

And you can find an example of me doing it on my signature; it's like an amalgamation of narration, visualization, sensory awareness, and much more if you're creative enough. :P

Try emphasizing a bit more passive forcing than active forcing. Passive forcing works more slowly as it doesn't require as much focus, but it's something you can do while multi-tasking, so it's easier to work into a busy schedule. Maybe just use those 30 minutes for active forcing and then just try passive forcing whenever you can throughout the day?
