Hi guys! I'm new to all of this but I've been reading a lot and I couldn't find anything about this. I started my new Tulpa for five days now and I'm start to feeling like mind fatigue (like if I'm exhausted all the time). Don't know if it is for being active or passive forcing for so long on these days..

Sorry for my bad English it's my second language hehe..

Edit: Forget to ask if anyone have this when you were forcing?

That's not abnormal when doing this. It takes energy and much concentration to make a tulpa.

If I force for more than 2 hours, it tends to happen.

Just increase your food intake and take breaks every 30-60 minutes to stretch your limbs/breathe some fresh air. It should be fine.

I wasn't creating a tulpa, but I spent 3 hours around 2AM active forcing via image streaming, and wanted to go for 12 hours, but it was a bad idea to do that after 8 hours of work beforehand. Just sleep on it, take breaks as needed, and keep moving forward. If we're doing something mentally taxing that we're not naturally predisposed into doing, then of course the probability of having some mental fatigue, or feeling exhausted may occur. Don't forget you can always take your supplements as needed too along with what others professed about eating.

Thank you for all your responses, I discovered that eating some fruits help and a lot before and after active forcing:)!
