Hello Guys, Girls and Tulpas out there!

I have a little question! (Yays :3 )

So, I've seen the guide of Linkzelda about self-hypnosis, and I really appreciate that there is another way instead of meditation. But there is a little question that isn't answered yet for me.

I have a other language as native language. My translation skills are .. medium. Mostly some words are missing and I need to think over them.. but is it okay to think over them? Or do I need to translate self-hypnosis scripts in my native language before I start with it? Or maybe everything is okay and my sub-conscious already knows that word, that my conscious is missing?

Greetings from

Sasori aka Suna

You can be hypnotized in English, even if it's not your native language. I've done 17 sessions with a German subject. Sometimes she doesn't understand my suggestion so it doesn't work for her, but most of the time it works flawlessly.

I'd suggest that you make sure you understand the whole script before you go under. Once you're sure you understand it, you can use that script as many times as you like. It doesn't hurt to repeat it -- it actually makes it easier.

Thank you! (Btw I'm a german subject too :3 )

I think I gonna read some scritps now! :3

Hey, sorry for not responding to the PM as quickly as I should've, and I do apologize if the choice words I put into some scripts makes you double think. Naturally, I would want to say that over time, your implicit knowledge will tie the words in together to presume what they could mean (e.g. synonyms) without you having to consciously fixate on the core meaning of the words. Think of it as some kind of context clues filter in your head that does all that stuff for you over time when you read things over and over again.

If anything, I can easily create a script for you in the future without any words that may have you concerned. But you don't have to be bound by reading a few scripts, i.e., falling into scriptnosis (but I still do it anyway, ha-ha). I think if you figure out certain language patterns, and some conjunctions words (e.g. "as" along with "and" I believe), you could easily create a script on the fly. I like to think of it as getting better in inwardly shifting your awareness to whatever train of thoughts you may want to experience. And also knowing over time that what you'll be reading, whether made from me, or anyone else, will just be a supplement towards that shift you want to make things easier for you.

There's a video you could watch that could help as an analogue with confusion, influence, and such:
