tulpuhi July 14, 2012 July 14, 2012 After spending a good amount of time reading about tulpae yesterday and early today, I decided that it would be beneficial to create one. Time spent today: 2.5 hours -I went over basic personally traits I want her to have, and chose her form (although I have not started visualizing it yet). I have a few small questions that I would like to ask to any experienced tulpa-creators. -Should I talk to her mentally or aloud? Today I did all of it mentally. -I'm not too sure on how to go about creating her. I keep repeating "You are ___" and then going into detail of the trait, after visualizing her does everything seem to fall into place?
Sands July 14, 2012 July 14, 2012 Talking aloud has been more helpful to me, also has a bonus of making yourself believe you are actually talking to another being, which is important here. This all is about believing, you don't have a sentient tulpa unless you believe you have one. Some also say talking aloud helps the tulpa be vocal and actually audible instead of being a stronger mind speaker or something, but no idea if someone has personal experience of that or if it's just speculation. Remember to talk to the tulpa and not just yourself. If you think you are doing fine, you are. I see nothing wrong with the way you are doing it. Is it like a voice coming from inside of your head or as if someone was next to you talking? I've never had an audible hallucination before
