About Me

Hello all! My name's kanohikua, or just Kua.

I'm a girl, I'm 16, and I'm really into psychology, anthropology, and linguistics. I also do a bit of art and a lot of creative writing, especially soft scifi and some fantasy stuff.

Tulpa Work

I've decided, after lurking around here and on the reddit, that I'm going to try and make a tulpa.

I'm starting with making a wonderland, based loosely on the Stage AE venue in Pittsburgh. (At International Science Fair earlier this year they cleared the place out for the competitors to have a party and it was the best thing ever)

At the moment, I have it mapped out in my head, and I'm working on memorizing it bit by bit until I can get a good picture. I'm planning to have it populated by shadowy sillhouette forms, to give the feeling of a crowd (and DJ, bouncers, etc.) without needing to go into much detail.

I'm looking forwards to meeting you guys!

[/align]

I have a good corner of my wonderland easy to visualize- it's on the second floor of the building, which is all glass, and there's lots of beanbags. It's separated from the rest of the floor by a sort of partition, and it's a little better-lit. When you look out through the wall there's an ocean of cherry trees, with lanterns and paths weaving through them.

Very interesting start on your wonderland! Very artistic and creative actually!

Thank you! :)

I'm trying to decide if I should make a form for my tulpa right now or if I should let one appear by itself...

Seems interesting to let it appear by itself, my tulpa was never given a form, it was chosen by him, ever since then he's been identifying himself as an alien.

**Proud to be a drug free thoughtform!**

Progress

It's been a little while, but I've managed to get a sharp picture of more of my wonderland, and I think I have a form for my tulpa!

It's a sort of... vaguely eastern dragon-looking thing, with a bunch of pairs of legs. It's covered in scales that are mostly white, with some darker brown patches, and it has a long feathery mane that runs from the head down to the end of the tail.

So far, it's just slept on some beanbags, and I think it's going to stay like that until I start forcing. I can see it right now, its sides are going up and down a little but otherwise it's just lying there.

So, does anyone have some music/tones that they like for forcing? Or any general tips on forcing?

Imposition! And movement!

Today my tulpa, who until now has been dozing off in the wonderland, actually walked around some! And I've been forcing a lot of traits, focusing around "brave" "confident" and "fierce." And since I'm very good at imposition stuff I imposed it into the real world and we watched some Star vs. the Forces of Evil. Not my first choice but the tulpa seemed really happy with it so we did it anyway.

I was thinking maybe some other tulpas could talk to mine, or send some messages or something, so I can tell it all about what you guys said!

It still doesn't have a name yet, though...

Something that might be helpful for forcing is Eye-Bo or another is meditating before each session. Here's a guide on meditating! Try both and see which one works best or maybe use them in combination O.o

What I'm about to say is going to blow your mind

I'm creating a being inside my head and her name is Sasha

Progress

Hello again! I've been getting a feeling that my tulpa wants a name that starts with "M", and after a few attempts the name Magaska has stuck! (We've been on a road trip so I haven't updated much.)

Magaska's coming along well, and communicates by thoughts sometimes. It hasn't said anything yet, per se, but we can communicate reasonably well now. I've been forcing "brave, fierce, caring" and other related subcategories of qualities. Usually what I do is say the words a few times, focusing intently, and Magaska repeats them in my voice to show that it's listening.

I've also been using the meditation guide that Psychotic Llama linked, it's been really helpful!

A bit more progress-

It's becoming second nature to me to impose Magaska into my field of view, and Magaska's been communicating in tulpish more often. I still need to work on actually settling down to force more often, though.

Anyone have any tips for remembering to force more often?

Oh, also Magaska keeps changing the pronouns it responds to, so mostly I'm going to keep using "it" or "they" until we decide.
