Theoretically these are "sides" you're supposed to serve to multiple people with something else, or use in like burritos etc. But, y'know. For us, making one of these is already the highest effort & most variety we get in our diet.

"Knorr Mexican Rice - Rice & Pasta Blend with Bell Peppers & Mexican Seasonings" I guess by mexican seasonings they mean lime.. Because there is definitely lime in it. It's very good though, probably our favorite Knorr meal now that we've eaten them for a long while.
