  3. Hi, I've been trying to create my first tulpa since March. But this progress was paused in the beginning of May because I'm getting busy with courses and partner. I read some guides before and I tend to use imagination and passive ways. However, recently I try to communicate with my tulpa before I felt asleep. But she was irritated and screamed at me. I'm not sure what happened because I can't really remember what I do before sleep(I take psychological medicine). What should I do to solve this problem and be able to communicate with my tulpa in two ways?
  4. Cheese craving finally got strong enough I was able to make a couple grilled cheeses, with cheese on the outside (and inside..) of course, for the first time in... months? This bread's been sitting in the fridge unopened for weeks, I had to throw out the also unopened lunch meat I was supposed to eat it with, but at least I have grilled cheeses now And with high fiber bread, so I don't have to feel bad about it

  17. Lumi, would you say the poor sleep schedule comes from the fact that you stay up on here, or that the fact that you stay up on here is the root cause of your poor sleep schedule?
